We’ve got plenty of great highlights for you in July – including some sporty ones …

In our Rebel Queen store, right in the heart of HOFSTATT, you’ll find various pop-up exercise class providers.
These include:

Every Wednesday FREELETICS:
Have you always wanted to try Freeletics? Want to get slim and toned or build muscle? We can help! Come to one of our Freeletics group workouts on 4, 11 or 18 July at 6 p.m. at HOFSTATT. You can try out Freeletics in an after-work taster course and do a workout for beginners.
What you need:
-Energy and motivation
-NO previous knowledge or set fitness level required
-The free Freeletics Bodyweight app
-Sportswear
-A hand towel
-Something to drink
All event participants who have already registered with Freeletics will receive a voucher for 25% off the Freeletics Training Coach.
After the event, there will be a subscription giveaway and cool goodies are waiting for you!

Every Thursday LEDERHOSEN TRAINING with Klaus Reithmeier:
Lederhosen training also takes place outdoors with Klaus Reithmeier in the Englischer Garten here in Munich. It strengthens muscles, stabilises joints, improves posture and makes you feel good in your body. Your own body is the only training equipment you’ll need. The choice of exercises bridges the gap between functional physiotherapy on one hand and athletics training on the other. Lederhosen training gets you fit for everyday life and helps create the conditions for high-level sporting performance without injury.
The group dynamic encourages everyone to get the best out of themselves and test their boundaries, while you are always allowed to take your own little break. Then there’s the breeze in your face, the fresh air in your lungs, the soft ground beneath your feet, the grass tickling your fingers, the view of nature – in these surroundings, exercise just feels good.
Every participant decides for themselves how intense they want the training to be: number of reps, range of motion and timing of breaks are flexible. The personal choice of exercises is also flexible – the trainer presents easier and more challenging alternatives and is on hand to correct individual movements.
The training takes place on 5, 12 and 19 July from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. On 19 July a yoga teacher will also attend and a yoga session will also take place until 8.30 p.m. On that date, training will end at a later time of 8.30 p.m.

On 12 July, AOK will be present as sponsors, followed by Triumph on 19 July; enjoy the surprise …

All lessons are suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome everywhere!

-An interest in yoga and meditation
-A yoga mat (we have around 30 mats you can borrow)
-Sportswear (or simply take your shoes off and off we go!)
-A hand towel
-Something to drink
