GANT Beacons Project

Today, 3 April 2018, GANT is starting a very special sustainability initiative. The project includes a new collection of TechPrep (TM) shirts for men and women, made from recycled plastic waste from the oceans.

GANT was founded in 1949 on the East Coast of the US and has had a strong connection to the sea ever since. This heritage and passion for preserving the oceans for future generations led to GANT’s Beacons Project, where TechPrep (TM) shirts are produced with upcycled plastic from the oceans.

The sustainable TechPrep (TM) shirts are part of the spring/summer collection 2018. They are stretchy, breathable and moisture-regulating. The buttons and packaging are also made from recycled materials. They are available in stores and online from today, 3 April 2018.

A brilliant initiative! Come and have a look at the collection in store!
