We’ve got another special treat for you on BFF Day: JugendNotmail are paying us a visit, and we can’t wait!

JugendNotmail – and its many brilliant volunteers – help deal with young people’s worries, issues and concerns in a wonderful way. Its portal allows young people to speak to someone trained to deal with their particular issue around the clock. Free, anonymous and confidential!

As the team is mostly made up of unpaid volunteers, they welcome new people who’d like to help out or even make a donation.
